How To: Create a photograph freeze using Sony Vegas

This is a really neat trick that makes it appear that someone takes a picture of the video, then the picture appears in a picture frame.

In order to do this, you need to know how to keyframe. If you don't, well, I guess you're out of luck, aren't you?
